Lillian HarrisonLillian Harrison is the founder and executive director of Elevated Community Development Corporation (CDC), an organization that provides training, employment, and support to prior offenders, veterans, and the homeless. Elevated CDC also mentors the next generation, affectionately called MM's (Motivated Millennials), in the areas of life, money, and entrepreneurship.
A full-time pastor of Elevated Ministries, Harrison works with local churches and community organizations to assist in developing programs and services to meet the needs of the congregations and communities they serve. She is also a real estate agent and women’s empowerment boutique owner that provides apparel, jewelry, and fragrances. In addition, Harrison provides empowerment through her coaching program Purpose Over Pain and has authored several publications. Outside of her organizations and businesses, Harrison also mentors entrepreneurs with disabilities as vice-chair of Independent Resources Inc. She serves on the Executive Committee for Sussex County Economic Development Action Committee, Advisory Board of Delaware Botanical Gardens, Governor’s Council on Housing, and Delaware Community Reinvestment Action Council. |
